Issue Description
We upgraded the MA5600T to version V800R005C32B136 (recommended for the pre-sale test in Bulgaria) and the status of ASRB board was failed. The BIOS and program versions of the board are right. The ASRB board is a distributed VoIP service board. It can access 32-channel POTS services, and send IP voice data upstream.
The board was restarting repeatedly and couldn't become into autofind state. The LED was blinking in red all the time.

Handling Process
We can switch the port using the command:
huawei(config)#electro-switch 1 location-0
Set electron switch may cause service interruption, are you sure to make the operation? (y/n)[n]:y
Set electron switch 1 to location-0 successfully
huawei(config)#display electro-switch
  ----------------------------------------------
  Index  Current      location-0      location-1
  ----------------------------------------------
     0   location-1   0/ 9            0/19
     1   location-0   VOIP            0/20/-
  ----------------------------------------------
  Total: 2
Root Cause
ASRB needs to work with the  forwarding logic board (FLBA) which is a subboard of the SCUB. By default the uplink port is set to 0/20/3 but the ASRB can't work with it because the voice data coming from ASRB needs to be processed at the FLBA, therefore for uplink we have to use the SCUB (VoIP port). We can change the uplink port with the electron switch.
Note: because FLBA and GIU share one bus, only one of them can be the uplink.
