FAQ-How Does the ME60 Advertise the Address of the Static Route in 32-bit Host Address

Publication Date:  2012-07-27 Views:  50 Downloads:  0
Issue Description

Q:

How does the ME60 advertise the address of the static route in 32-bit host address ?

Alarm Information

Null

Handling Process

A:

When the static user is configured, the parameter export should be appended.
For example:
static-user 61.178.129.53 61.178.129.53  interface GigabitEthernet2/0/0.1 vlan  120 qinq 501 detect domain-name jingtai export

In this case, a route of the 32-bit host address is generated and the route is direct.
If the parameter export is not appended, a UNR route is generated and is advertised in the form of a network segment.
