1. Stop the sql application in the current network.
 Under the MS-DOS mode, run c:>net stop mssqlserver.
 Or, through Sqlsever Manager select sql.to stop the service
2. Then run the \\mssql\bin\rebuildm.exe file (rebuild the master library program).
From here, the options, such as current network character set of database, ordering rules and case-sensitivity can be seen.
