Issue Description
Q:
SSH configuration was applied to six NE40 routers according to the configuration manual of the NE40 VRP version 3.10, RELEASE 2358. Manual Version T2-081693-20060630-C-1.56 for product version VRP 3.10. After that, why there was remote access for some people and for other was difficult?

Handling Process
A:
After the SSH configuration was applied, we found that some people could access the router without any problem but for other people it was difficult. The difficulty was caused by a variable length of the password submitted by the Vandyke SecureCRT software version 5.2.1. which in some cases was bigger than 16 characters, making the routers to show the error message in logbuffer: SSH/5/passwd_len_err:The password's length is greater than 16 . Please use a SSH client software that submits a password with a fixed length lower than 16 characters
