When users at the client cannot log in to the NMS because of inconsistency with the setting of the user ACL, command lines are used to set the user ACL remotely. How to configure the user ACL?

A:
We can log in to the database through isql firstly, and then run the following commands: 
1>use SecurityDB
2>go
1>insert into tbl_UserAcl values(10,'222.186.145.33/16','')
The parameters in the brackets are User ID, network IP address/network mask, workstation name. The user ID is an integer and the others are characters.

You can find the user ACL information by running the following commands to see whether the setting is successful.
1>select * from tbl_UserAcl
2>go
