Issue Description
Q:
In Sybase database, the following contents are displayed when entering sp_helpdb to query the database status
Procedure 'sp_helpdb', Line 386:
You cannot run SELECT INTO in this database. Please check with the Database
Owner.
(return status = -6)
The query cannot continue. How to deal with it?
Alarm Information
Null
Handling Process
A:
The tempdb database lacks the database option of select into/bulkcopy/pllsort. This option can be added by using commands as follows,
use master
go
sp_dboption tempdb,'select into/bulkcopy/pllsort ',true
go
After the adding is complete, run the query commands after the options are effective.
Root Cause
Null
Suggestions
Firstly confirm which dboption has been set already before operating the database. Ensure that the dboption can be renewed to avoid the database abnormality.
