Issue Description
In the extended subrack on the BITS of version V300, the TSOU can output only 2 MHz and E1 clock signals even when it should output 10 MHz, 5 MHz, and 1 MHz clock signals according to the settings on the T2000. When being housed in the main subrack, however, the TSOU can output 10 MHz, 5 MHz, and 1 MHz clock signals in addition to 2 MHz and E1 clock signals.
