How to configure Ethernet services on asymmetric uplink and downlink bandwidth

Issue Description
 Huawei is requested to configure one downlink broadcast service of the VC-3 bandwidth and two uplink services of the VC-12 bandwidth by using the EFGS series of boards.
For example, assume that there is an unprotected chain of three NEs. As the service center, NE A broadcasts one VC-3 service to NE B and NE C. NE B and NE C respectively return one VC-12 service to NE A.

Handling Process
 To configure Ethernet services on asymmetric uplink and downlink bandwidths, perform the following steps:
1. Service configuration. Configure unidirectional SDH services from NE A to NE B and NE C. Configure unidirectional SDH services from NE B and NE C to NE A.
2. Channel binding. On NE A, bind the VC-3 service to the uplink channel over VCTRUNK1. On NE B and NE C, bind the VC-3 service to the downlink channel over VCTRUNK1. On NE A, bind the VC-12 services returned from NE B and NE C respectively to the downlink channels over VCTRUNK2 and over VCTRUNK3. On NE B and NE C, bind the VC-12 service to the uplink channel over VCTRUNK2.
3. Tagging. On NE A, NE B, and NE C, set the external interface to access with tag of 100, 200, and 300, and the internal interface to tag aware.
4. Ethernet service configuration. On NE A, set the routes from PORT to VCTRUNK1, VCTRUNK2, and VCTRUNK3 respectively to VLAN 100, VLAN 200, and VLAN 300. On NE B, set the routes from PORT to VCTRUNK1 and VCTRUNK2 respectively to VLAN 100 and VLAN 200. On NE C, set the routes from PORT to VCTRUNK1 and VCTRUNK 2 to VLAN 100 and VLAN 300.
5. Ping tests. Connect NE A, NE B, and NE C to PCs. Send the ping commands from NE A to NE B and NE C. The ping operations are successful. Send the ping commands from NE B and NE C to NE A. The ping operations are successful. The services are successfully deployed.
