Issue Description
On an OptiX Metro 1000 NE, the SS42AIU housed in slot IU4 becomes out of position after the SS43SCB is replaced with the SS46SCB.
Alarm Information
The SS42AIU is out of position.
Handling Process
1. Query the version configuration of the SS46SCB. It is found that the SS46SCB works with the SS42AIU of hardware version VER.C or any later hardware version. Run the PTP: 4, 10, 0 command or remove the SS42AIU to query the SS42AIU hardware version. It is found that the SS42AIU is of hardware version VER.C. Therefore, the SSR2AIU matches the SS46SCB in version.
2. Check DIP switches SW1 on the SS42AIU. It is found that the most significant bit (bit 4) of SW1 is set to OFF. Set the bit to ON, and then reinsert the board. The board starts successfully.

Root Cause
1. The SS42AIU does not match the SS46SCB in version.
2. The SS42AIU does not match the SS46SCB in hardware.

Suggestions
On the SS42AIU, the most significant bit (bit 4) of SW1 indicates the type of the SCB.
When the SS46SCB(E) is used, set the bit to ON. The SS42AIU works on the OptiX 155/622H (Metro 1000) of V300.
When the SS43SCB(E) is used, set the bit to OFF. The SS42AIU works on the OptiX 155/622H (Metro 1000) of V200.
The SS42AIU cannot work properly if the bit is wrongly set.
