Handling Process
A:
1.umount directory ,the directory can't be used before umount it .
use "fuser -c  "directory" " to check if have process use it ,if have ,kill it . If there is no result after the command,you can umount it .
eg: umount /export/home0
2.modify the vstab,add "#" before the record of the directory
eg:
#/dev/dsk/c1t1d0s7      /dev/rdsk/c1t1d0s7      /export/home0   ufs     2

3.check the validity of the /etc/vfstab directory after modifying 
root@N2000Primary # mountall -l
mount: /tmp is already mounted or swap is busy
mount: /dev/dsk/c1t0d0s3 is already mounted or /opt is busy
mount: /dev/dsk/c1t0d0s6 is already mounted or /export/home is busy
4.format disk
