SUN V440 abnormal Time of Day Battery operation causing BMS X-server not staring

Issue Description
BMS crashed at 1200 hrs and was not responding.  Customer reset server with Power down.  system was awaiting FCSK input from user when arrived at site.  After using FCSK BMS server is still not operational.  Find attached BMS and SUN reset sequence and current status prints of server
Alarm Information
Blank screen - No server activity
Handling Process
1.  System recovered from initial crash but no BMS service or process started.  
2.  Consoled into solaris and noted that date and time had reverted back to Jan 01 1970.
3.  Adjusted date and time settings of UNIX from console and started BMS successfully.  Service restored to customer.
4.  Collected system logs using SUN explorer and forwarded to R&D.  SUN investigation confirmed faulty ToD battery.  Replaced faulty item after transferring SUN service support contract to Local team.
