Issue Description
Configure a management node immediately after configuring the ODUk SPRing protection ring. Configure one management node for one protection ring. Otherwise, the protection channels may become cross-looped. This causes a clock loop. In this case, the TN11NS2 board reports the BUS_ERR and LOF_LOM alarm, and the cross-connect board reports the BUS_ERR alarm.

Handling Process
Set the node with a span ID in the ODUk SPRing protection ring as a management node. 
Root Cause
When a protection ring is not configured with a management node, the protection channels may become cross-looped. This causes a clock loop. In this case, the TN11NS2 board reports the BUS_ERR and LOF_LOM alarm, and the cross-connect board reports the BUS_ERR alarm.
