Handling Process
After the warm reset for the board software is completed, the COMMUN_FAIL alarm is cleared.

Root Cause
The detection mechanism for the COMMUN_FAIL alarm: If the NE software detects that the DMM communication with the board is unavailable for more than seven seconds, it reports the COMMUN_FAIL alarm.
During the warm reset on the board, the communication between the NE software and the board is unavailable and the warm reset takes two minutes. As a result, the COMMUN_FAIL alarm is generated.
After the warm reset for the board software is completed, the DMM communication between the NE software and the board becomes normal. Thus, the COMMUN_FAIL alarm is cleared.
