When the fluctuation frequency of the optical power of a board in the ALC link is larger than 0.1 Hz, the queried optical power information is inaccurate.

If the power information in the ALC link frequently varies, check whether the output optical power of a board in the ALC link frequently varies by using meters. If the output optical power of the board in the ALC link frequently varies, the problem is located to be caused by the board. Replace the board with another one to make the optical power in the ALC link become stable. 
Root Cause
The fluctuation frequency of the output optical power exceeds the updating frequency of the link state. As a result, the data cannot be updated in time. Therefore, the optical power information is inaccurate.
