Issue Description
Q:
Sometimes, user need to use commands kill to stop one process. But after running kill commands, the process can not be ended. Then What is the possible reasons that commonds kill can not end the processes?
Alarm Information
Null
Handling Process
A:
The possble reasons are:
1. The process is waiting for some device to finish some opeartion such as tape machine before quiting.
2. The process is waiting for some invalid resource caused by nfs problem. If because  of this,  the command kill -QUIT  can end the process.
3. The process is in Zombies state. As displayed informaion by ps, the Zombies process already released the resource but did not receive the feedback from the father process. Usually the coresponding process table list will be deleted after receiving feedback. Then after restart ing the system, the Zombies process will be cleaned. The Zombies process doesn't affect system performance, so it may need not to be concerned.
