Handling Process
A:
Layer 2 boards of the NE40 can use HQos to implement speed limit on the outgoing direction of its interfaces in the V300R002 series software environment. Configurations are as follows:
interface Ethernet2/0/13
hqos policy cbpq bandwidth 20000 cbs 2048 length 512
//The unit for 20000 is Kbit/s. The parameters at the back of 20000 may not exist in some earlier versions and can be omitted. Because of the limitation on specifications, Layer 2 boards of the NE40 cannot use the traffic-policy command in the outgoing direction of its interfaces and therefore cannot implement speed limit through traffic-policy. So, only HQos can be used to implement speed limit. (The preceding contents are not specified in the product manual.)
