The information about ADSL ports on the MA5100 cannot be queried on the N2000 BMS client. But you can monitor the MA5100 and perform other operations on the N2000 BMS client. The information about ADSL ports on the MA5300 and the MA5600 can be queried.
Alarm Information
Null
Handling Process
1. As you can query the ADSL port information of the MA5300 and the MA5600, this problem may be traced to the process of the MA5100. The problem persists after you restart the process of the MA5100 or restart the server.
2. As you log in to the N2000 BMS client, this problem may be traced to restricted rights of the login account to the MA5100. Query the operation authority of the login account. The login account has the same authority as that of user admin. Or log in as user admin and query the operation authority, you will find the same result. Hence, this problem is not produced by the authority of the login account.
3. Log in to the client on the server, and you can query the ADSL port information about the MA5100. It indicates that the problem is traced to the remote client of the N2000 BMS. Query the patches and versions on the server and the client. The patch on the N2000 BMS server is V200R008B02D061SP24. The patch on the remote client is V200R008B02D061. The SP24 patch is not installed on the remote client. Install the SP10 and the SP24 patches on the remote client. The problem is solved.

Root Cause
1. As you can query the ADSL port information about the MA5300 and the MA5600, this problem may be traced to the process of the MA5100.
2. As you log in to the N2000 BMS on the client, this problem may be traced to restricted rights of the login account.
3. The patch versions of the server and the client are inconsistent.

Suggestions
If you find that a certain component on the client is abnormal, focus first on the consistency of patches installed on the server and the client.
