External clock problem

Issue Description
For  customer MSC was provided  2MHz clock from OSN3500 equipment .For long time clock worked normally and then they lost that clock.

Alarm information was reported on MSC equipment
Handling Process
we know that from AUX board of OSN3500 CLK1 port transmit clock is  going from 4 and 5 pins.And in result  the first we need check these pins in the ending of the cable on MSC side,and if we don't see signal we need check the CLK1 port with another cable.And be sure that 4 and 5 pins is working.
Root Cause
Customer equipment for who was connected external clock from OSN 3500 with  AUX board  from CLK1 RJ45 port had  problem
