Alarm Information
Null
Handling Process
A:
After substantive devices are cut over on the N2000 BMS, it is slow to query the ADSL and Service Port windows and to open the device panel. This is a known problem of the Sybase. To solve the problem, you need to manually update statistics of tables that include substantive data.
To enter the isql, run the following command:
#isql -Usa -PXXX -SN2000DBServer ----//XXX refers to the password of user Sa.
Run the following scripts:
use BMSDB
go
update all statistics ma5600v3_adsl_PortTab
go
update all statistics ma5600v3_pvc_CxcTab
go
update all statistics ma5600v3_pvc_VplVclTab
go
update all statistics ma5600v3_pvc_SrvFlowTab
go
update all statistics ma5600v3_gdm_ObjectTab
go
The table names of the pvc and adsl in the preceding scripts can be changed according to the NE types, such as ma5600tv8 and ma5100v2.
