Fail to Query the Performance Statistic Data Because of the Time Setting

Issue Description
First create task successfully , but can not query the performance data after several hours.

Handling Process
1. Make sure set the consistent time between client and daemon.
2. Modify the query time segment manually in client, which make the  daemon time is contained this time segment.
Root Cause
The performance statistic system supports to query data accroding to some fixed time segment ,which means that there only display a time segment data .
If the system time in client earlier or later than daemon serveral hours, the default query time segment in client is different from daemon time segment , we will not query the data.
