Alarm Information
Null
Handling Process
A:
The types of LPUs include the MSU, BSU, and VSU.
The MSU is used for Triple Play and VPN services.
In addition to the MSU functions, the BSU supports network services and provides billing and DSG functions.
The VSU is used for value added services, including the TSU, SSU, SBC, and DPI.
The multicast VPN service requires the use of VSUs. Run the set lpu-work-mode TSU command to set the operation mode of the VSU to Tunnel. Then you need to reboot the VSU to validate the preceding configuration.
