There are many problems with Appendix E. In the following cases, the NE40/NE80 prints alarms about Appendix E of OSPF:
1. The routes calculated according to the new LSA are the same as the routes in the original routing table with the same cost.
2. The associated LSA of existing routes exists.
3. The LSID of the associated LSA of existing routes is not equal to the LSID of the new LSA.
