Issue Description

Q:

Customer have two NE40 routers in the network  and the VRP version is V300R002C01B533
They were facing DOS attacks on these routers. 
They tried to block these attacks by defining some rules on these 
routers but we cant.

Handling Process

A:

Following were two solutions to block these attacks. 
   1: Update routers to V3R3 version because current version V3R2 does
        not support Anti DOS attacks.
        OR
   2: Add Huawei Eudemon firewall into network. Eudemon 1000/8000 
       series can defend DDoS attack at metro access/core layer
