FAQ-some DCC channels of OSN3500 don't show in T2000

Issue Description
customer use mode 2 for configuration of DCC in one OSN3500
DCC para --> 10:10:0
after times they use this NE,all D1-D3 channels occupied,and they wants to use at least 12 D1-D3 for communicating and  6*D4-D12 for their ASON,
we can change the mode to 3
DCC para -->22:6:0
In T2000 when they query in DCC Resource allocation they fuond that 8*D4-D12 is in use.
But in DCC rate configuration there are 6 D4-D12 enabled.

Handling Process
in navigator connect to NE and type below command to find which Mode the NE used.
cm-get-dccpara
10:10:0
after that type the below command to find which ports are enable and use which channel
cm-get-bdinfo
so it is found that some ports in slot 16 that has SEP ,the D4-D12 channels are enable.
after this ask them to use below command to disable the unnecessary ports with using below command for each port
cm-set-fiberport:bd,pt,port-disable,D4-D12(bd is the slot that and pt is the port number that wants to be disabled)
after that they can switch to Mode3.
Root Cause
Sometimes T2000 hasn't report the exact DCC that are enabled and we should use navigator to disable them.
