Publication Date:  2012-07-25 Views:  40 Downloads:  0
Issue Description
During the project deployment, I was on site to check the installation of FTTC street cabinet. when I opened the new arrived street cabinet, I found front door inside air conditioner radiator fillet was damaged.
Alarm Information

Null

Handling Process
Cut the original cable tie and re route the lower power cable to make it same size with normal power cable to reduce its previous bump.
Use some tool to make the damaged fillet to flat, even not as good as new one, but I think should be acceptable. Please have a look of picture and attached Slide
Root Cause
After investigation, I found Root Reason was lower power cable longer than normal size, so it bump too much and inset into air conditioner radiator fillet, damage it.
Suggestions
During manufacture process, any minor fault will cause delivery phase too much to rescue it
