Issue Description
In a backbone netwrok Core routers NE80E are configured as C-RP and C-BSR.
When we try to configure in some PE (NE40E) sites pim sm we cannot see PIM RP-info.
Alarm Information
Null
Handling Process
Check the elected BSR on the network on the P router:
<P>disp pim bsr-info
 VPN-Instance: public net
 Elected BSR Address: 10.0.13.1
     Priority: 0
     Hash mask length: 30
     State: Accept Preferred
     Scope: Not scoped
     Uptime: 05:07:17
     Expires: 00:01:23
 Candidate BSR Address: 10.0.10.1
     Priority: 0
     Hash mask length: 30
     State: Candidate
     Scope: Not scoped
Check routing table for elected BSR (10.0.13.1) on PE router:
<P>disp ip routing-table 10.0.13.1
Route Flags: R - relay, D - download to fib
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Routing Table : Public
Summary Count : 2

Destination/Mask    Proto  Pre  Cost     Flags NextHop         Interface

      10.0.13.1/32  ISIS   15   20          D  10.0.10.101     GigabitEthernet2/0/0
                          ISIS   15   20          D  10.0.11.61      GigabitEthernet1/0/0
The elected BSR route has two output interfaces with same cost so the router will choose the highest IP address from two interfaces (GE1/0/0) to check RPF and will fail when receive RP info from GE2/0/0 interface:
<PE>display multicast rpf-info 10.0.13.1
 RPF information about source 10.0.13.1:
RPF interface: GigabitEthernet1/0/0, RPF neighbor: 10.0.11.61
     Referenced route/mask: 10.0.13.1/32
     Referenced route type: unicast
     Route selection rule: preference-preferred
     Load splitting rule: disable

Root Cause
In a backbone netwrok Core routers NE80E are configured as C-RP and C-BSR.
When we try to configure in some PE (NE40E) sites pim sm we cannot see PIM RP-info.
PIM session is UP between PE router and P router (C-RP and C-BSR):

The interface already received BSR meesages:
<PE>disp pim control-message counters interface GigabitEthernet 2/0/0

Suggestions
After we enabled PIM SM on the other interface the router receive RP information from GE1/0/0 and when it will get down, the router will router receive RP information from GE2/0/0.
