DB Backup tool manual backup operation failure caused by wrong server name in sybase DB

Issue Description
BMS type: Dual system. OS: sparc Solaris 10. Server: Sun Netra v440. BMS version: V200R011C02B026. Watchman version: V200R007C01B022. Sybase: 12.5.
After starting DB Backup tool, adding backup device, database set and running manual backup operation tool give an error: "Executing database backup error.".
Alarm Information
Backup tool error:  "Executing database backup error.".
Handling Process
1. Check Backup tool logs in EmfDbIsql.log file, found problem:

2. Check sybase log file N2000DBServer.log, found the problem:

3. Check sybase interface file, found the name of backup server is N2000DBServer_back:

4. Check active and backup server names in sybase:

1. Sybase processes are starter and DB works normally.
