iManager N2000 online update ADSL port state failure caused by clients that have opened many windows

Issue Description
BMS type: HA. OS: sparc Solaris 10. Server: Sun Fire v890. BMS version: V200R011C02B026. Watchman version: V200R007C01B022. Sybase: 12.5.
In  adsl port view window port state couldn't be update online - after deactivating/activating port by telnet on the device - in that bms window port state doesn't change.
Alarm Information
No port state changing indications changes (purle,green circle) in bms port view window.
Handling Process
1. Check packets captures from device uplink and server interface - are corresponding traps received by the server or no. - traps are received.
2. Check and submit BMS logs to R&D:

3. Provide remote access for R&D.
R&D found root cause - some clients have opened too many windows (30-50)
Solution clause windows and configure client autologout interval:
in file: D:\n2000\client\style\defaultstyle\conf\security\SecurityConfig.xml 
Set IS_AUTOLOGOUT = ‘true’ and AUTOLOGOUT_INTERVAL=’10’ as showed below:
                <PARA name="IS_AUTOLOGOUT" value="true"/>
                <PARA name="AUTOLOGOUT_INTERVAL" value="10"/>
Then client need to be restarted.
Root Cause
Capture packets on device uplink and server interface - check whether traps are sent and received by the server - conclusion: traps are transmited successfully.
Check and submit BMS logs to R&D to let them find root cause of the problem.
