Issue Description
Due to high room temperature the Equipment reports the below mentioned alarms.

Handling Process
For B1_EXC, B1_SD, B2_EXC, B2_SD, B3_EXC, B3_SD these alarms one of the reasons is the room temperature and the handling procedure is to Check whether the ambient temperature in the equipment room is higher than 45℃. If yes, decrease the working temperature of the equipment, and then check whether the alarms are cleared. 
For PUMP_COOL_EXC The ambient room temperature is too high.
For TEMP_MAJ_ALM Adjust the temperature in the equipment room, to make sure that the ambient temperature is between 0℃ and 45℃. Check whether the TEMP_MIN_ALM alarm is cleared. 
For TEM_LA, Check whether the ambient temperature in the equipment room is extremely low. If yes, increase it to a proper value for the equipment to work well, and then check whether the TEM_LA alarm is cleared.
For TEM_HA, Check whether the ambient temperature in the equipment room is extremely high. If yes, decrease it to a proper value for the equipment to work well, and then check whether the TEM_HA alarm is cleared.
Root Cause
Room temperature must be regulated in order to avoid these alarms.
