Issue Description
Q:
The alarm configuration is removed on the POS interface after the NE80E is upgraded to V300R003.

Alarm Information
Null
Handling Process
A:
In V300R003, the command line is changed to the following:
transmission-alarm down <alarmType>
By default, only the LAIS, LOF, and LOS alarms are enabled, and other alarms are disabled from triggering the Down state of interfaces.
Notes:
In V300R003, interfaces only respond to LAIS, LOF, and LOS alarms by default. If you want interfaces to respond to PAIS, LRDI, and PRDI alarms, you should configure the following command:
transmission-alarm down los lof lais pais lrdi prdi
If the command does not contain the parameters pais, lrdi, and prdi, the configurations of the three types of alarms are removed after the device is upgraded to V300R003.
