The actual diagram is given in attachment.
The IP network between Pune1 and Nagpur1 is 10.118.234.60/30
The IP network between Pune2 and Nagpur2 is 10.118.234.84/30
In this network there is GSM traffic. But it was found that traffic was affected.
Alarm Information
We saw that the link connectivity between Pune1 and Nagpur1 was down due to fiber cut. But traffic should be shifted on Pune2 and Nagpur2.
Handling Process
We consulted the transmission person for the issue. He made the mapping proper between Pune2 and Nagpur2. Now ospf peer was in full state between Pune2 and Nagpur2.
Now the traffic shifted to Nagpur2 and Pune2.
Root Cause
The reason which we found for traffic not shifting on Pune2 and Nagpur2:-
1) We saw ospf peer between Pune1 and Nagpur2. The state was full as we were running ospf p2p at both interfaces.

2) The reason for ospf peer between Pune1 and Nagpur2 was that there was logical mapping between Muxes between Pune1 and Nagpur2.
3) There was connection between Pune1 and Nagpur2.
