The NMS Displays a Message Indicating That the Background Is Busy After the Service Mode of the NQ2 Is Changed

Issue Description
When a field engineer manages the OptiX OSN 8800 equipment on the NMS, the T2000 always displays messages indicating that the background is busy, and therefore the engineer fails to query and configure the boards.
Alarm Information

The NMS displays a message indicating that the background is busy and querying or configuring the boards fail. See the following figure.

Handling Process
Wait for one minute after the service mode is changed.
Root Cause
According to the problem description returned from the field and the problem reproduction in the lab, it is concluded that the problem occurs after the service mode on the 51NQ2 board is changed. The reason is that the logic needs to be re-loaded after the service mode is changed, which takes about one minute. The NMS returns a message indicating that the background is busy for any operation within this one minute. The problem does not occur after one.
Suggestions

(1) Confirm the service type on the tributary board corresponding to the NQ2 board before configuring the service mode on the NQ2 board. Do not change the service mode after the service mode on the NQ2 board is configured. In this case, the situation that the background is busy can be avoided.

(2) If the service mode is changed, wait for about one minute before performing any operation on the board.
