Issue Description
CXL4 board in slot 10 on OSN 2500 got broken. Customer replaced it with another one with the same software 5.36.18.50. After the board went online we checked
backup status and it was normal

After that we performed working to protection switching from 9th to 10th CXL4 board. Then we waited again until data backup was finished. Then we switched back
10th to 9th board again. All operations went normal. After half an hour monitoring no alarms were reported. Only later customer found MSSW_DIFFERENT alarm on
 the element.
Alarm Information
MSSW_DIFFERENT
Handling Process
We downloaded the 5.36.18.50 software package to 10th CXL4 again and after that MSSW_DIFFERENT alarm disappeared.
Root Cause
From Navigator we checked the content of the ofs folders on each CXL board and compare quantity of files and their names, using the following commnads:
:sftm-show-dir:82,"/ofs1/hwx";
:sftm-show-dir:82,"/ofs2/hwx";
:sftm-show-dir:83,"/ofs1/hwx";
:sftm-show-dir:83,"/ofs2/hwx";
:sftm-get-vermatch-info:83,VERCHECK
From the output result (see attach output window) we can see that the quantity of files is different and the extended bios files are different between the boards.
Moreover, in 9th CXL4 the software was downloaded as a package while in 10th CXL4 not.
Suggestions
If MSSW_DIFFERENT alarm is on the element use Navigator to compare files on both CXL boards
:sftm-show-dir:82,"/ofs1/hwx";
:sftm-show-dir:82,"/ofs2/hwx";
:sftm-show-dir:83,"/ofs1/hwx";
:sftm-show-dir:83,"/ofs2/hwx";
:sftm-get-vermatch-info:83,VERCHECK
Then redownload different software files or the whole package to the board.
