SUN Solaris 10 Solaris Management Console (SMC) hang

Issue Description
iManager U2000 available for server running Solaris, Windows and Linux operating system platform. To support small network, Huawei propose SUN SPARC T5220 server running SUN Solaris 10.
In SUN Solaris 10, Solaris Management Console (SMC) tool is available for System Administrator to manage the SUN Solaris. One of the security feature available in SMC is RBAC (Role Based Access Control) for Solaris user account. RBAC deployment become easy using SMC.
In SUN SPARC T5220 server running SUN Solaris 10, the SMC hang hangs while displaying "Configuring Management Server".
SMC can be executed by using "smc &" command in shell or clicking the SMC icon in CDE Desktop Environment.

Handling Process
After perform operation below, the issue is solved and SMC run normally:
# svcadm disable wbem
# svccfg -s wbem setprop options/tcp_listen=true
# svcadm enable wbem
then remove the following lines from the file /var/sadm/smc/toolboxes/smc/smc.tbx

<ToolBoxURL><URL>file:/var/sadm/smc/toolboxed/tsol_ldap/tsol_ldap.tbx</URL></ToolBoxURL>
Root Cause
Check with other T5220 server running SUN Solaris 10 and found out that the issue is consistent for every T5220 server.
Check with SUN engineer for solution or patching. SUN engineer reply with workaround solution in SUN database. This issue is BUG ID: 6759698 in SUN case.
