Issue Description
Customer changed NMS server password and forgot it. For this reason it was not possible to access the U2000 sysmitor.

Handling Process
Run the following commands to set the password to "admin":
1. Log in the sybase user:
# su - sybase
2. Enter the following and press Enter: 
$ cd /opt/sybase/OCS*/bin
3. Type the following, and press Enter (<sa password> means the password of sa)
$ ./isql -SDBSVR -Usa -P<sa password>
3. Type the followong (// means a comment, do not use it)
1> use SecurityDB //to access the table
2> go
1> update SecurityDB..tbl_User set Password='X82E74D3041423CFF2B7F88607A02C68' where UserName like 'admin' //to modify password to default
2> go
If the operation is successful, the system will prompt:
(1 row affected)
Type "exit".
The default password user and password will be "admin" after this operation.
