Issue Description
There are static tunnels between two RTN nodes A to C, MPLS OAM is enabled on these tunnels, but the tunnels report MPLS_TUNNEL_OAMINIT. The reason is 
that MPLS OAM packets are lost.The link is A<->B and B<->C.
Edition is RTN900V1R1C02SPC100.

Handling Process
Changing the IP address on interface of NE C into 172.27.0.154 and alarm disappear
Root Cause
Checked the following things:
1.physical connect is OK. because DCN management is on the same link and management is OK
2.There are no other alarms on the RTNs, so MW link no problem.
3.No congestion of the link - the current radio capacity is 38Mbps, the link was used only up to 30 Mbps.
4.Check IP addresses on the links and found configured not well-The IP address on site C is configured as 172.72.0.154, and the IP address on site A is configured as 172.27.0.153. They are not in the same subnet.
Suggestions
Please pay attention to check configuration.
