Issue Description
Failed to execute ADD CXSBR on SPG portal to creat a new Centrex subscriber,return code is:37008,return result is:ATS-The IMPU is invalid.
The command is as follow:
ADD CXSBR:CXG=2,CXSG=0,IMPU="sip:+302103439600@imstest.otenet.gr",CXD="600",PBXFG=NOT_PBX,PKUPID=65535,GRPICO=YES,
GRPWCO=YES,GRPCO=YES,GRPICI=YES,GRPWCI=YES,GRPINCO=YES,ODSPMODE=BASE_ON_SUB_GROUP,RESERVED=0; .

Handling Process
1, Modify the IMPU type of original command from SIP to TEL:
ADD CXSBR:CXG=2,CXSG=0,IMPU="tel:+302103439600",CXD="600",PBXFG=NOT_PBX,PKUPID=65535,GRPICO=YES,GRPWCO=YES,
GRPCO=YES,GRPICI=YES,GRPWCI=YES,GRPINCO=YES,ODSPMODE=BASE_ON_SUB_GROUP,RESERVED=0; 
2, Then execute the command again successfully.
Root Cause
Because ATS is responsible for transfering short number to TEL number for centrex user, so there is table where centrex user's TEL number and short number will be stored in OMU. So, when executing ADD CXSBR we must input TEL IMPU.
