Alarms are not sent to northbound interface after upgrade because of wrong configration of snmp agent

Issue Description
After BMS upgrade from V2R12C05SPC110 TO V2R12C05SPC123 the upper monitoring application does not receive anymore alarms from N2000 BMS trough Northbound SNMP interface.

Handling Process
1. Go to opt/n2000/server/conf/
 
2. Backup the file snmpagent.cfg
 
3. Modify snmpagent.cfg and add the receivers of the events:
For example, these should be 10.10.10.1 10.10.10.2 and 10.10.10.3
NBEventReceiverIP1 = 10.10.10.1
NBEventReceiverPort1 = 162 
NBEventTrapVersion1 = 2 
NBEventKATrap1 = 1 
 
NBEventReceiverIP2 = 10.10.10.2
NBEventReceiverPort2 = 162 
NBEventTrapVersion2 = 2 
NBEventKATrap2 = 1 
 
NBEventReceiverIP3 = 10.10.10.3
NBEventReceiverPort3 = 162 
NBEventTrapVersion3 = 2 
NBEventKATrap3 = 1
4. Restart Northbound interface module (SNMP) process of the N2000 BMS
5. Check if the problem is solved
