CLIR service not working due missing configuration

Issue Description
After configure Supplementary service CLIR for USER A on ATS9900, number B still can display A number.

Handling Process
1-User A has the right to use CLIR service.
2-By wrong configuration supplementary CLIR service was not registered correctly
With command REG CLIR it should choose the field AUTOACTFLAG=TRUE which means that the service is automatically activated after being registered
After CLIR service worked we can check trace again and
INVITE Message from ATS to SCSCF should have privacy=Id which means that this call will be forward as "anonymous" to B number.
Root Cause
After check that CLIR service fail, we should collect trace on CSCF ( user trace/SIP trace).
On the trace we should check the field "privacy" on INVITE message from ATS to CSCF( please check attached trace analysis)
Check that “Privacy” header is “none”, that means 2 options:
1- Subscriber does not have the right for CLIR service.
2- CLIR Service was not correctly registered .
