Handling Process
A:
The message does not display the process that occupies the port. Therefore, perform the following operations:
1. Enter CMD in the Run dialog box and run the netstat -aon command to view the PID relevant to the occupied port.
The following message is displayed:
Active Connections
Proto  Local Address          Foreign Address        State           PID
TCP    0.0.0.0:135                0.0.0.0:0              LISTENING       1692
2. In the Task Manager, click the Processes tab and choose View > Set Columns. In the dialog box that is displayed, select PID.
3. Locate the process corresponding to the PID on the process side and end the process if the process is not used any more. Then, the issue is resolved.
