Alarm Information

Handling Process
For the Scheduled task ask customer to  select the Export File option, still  not getting Schedule performance Ourput . Logs are empty files.
It was found that " temp" folder from  /opt/U2000/server/dump/PerfLog was deleted , which bring Performance schedule task failed at Secondary server. Also PerFlog folder is deleted from Primary server .
Logs are getting written on secondary server as we have created the temp folder again.
Root Cause
It was found that " temp" folder from  /opt/U2000/server/dump/PerfLog was deleted , which bring Performance schedule task failed at Secondary server. Also PerFlog folder is deleted from Primary server .
Below is the solution to get it resolved permanently.
For Secondary:
1.Add temp folder to /opt/U2000/server/dump/PerfLog/temp
Modify the authority :  Chmod 777 temp
2.Change below parameter in opt\U2000\server\conf\trans_ems.cfg
g_nepfm_equal_wait_time=4
For Primary:
1.Add this folder opt/U2000/server/dump/PerfLog
Modify the authority :  Chmod 755 PerfLog
2.Add this folder /opt/U2000/server/dump/PerfLog/temp
Modify the authority :  Chmod 777 temp
3.Change below parameter in opt\U2000\server\conf\trans_ems.cfg
g_nepfm_equal_wait_time=4
Restart or switch the server after changing parameter to make the change affective.
