Issue Description
When dealing with new Solaris server, sometimes network cards are not defined, so whenusing command ifconfig -a, there is no output and you don't know the name of the interfaces.
Alarm Information

Handling Process
connect network cable to the desired network card interface so that it goes up physically.
then disconnect it.
check /var/adm/messages, you can see network interface name
Use command ifplumb to enable that interface
Below example, the interface name is e1000g0
