Issue Description

The ATS version is V100R003C01SPC105. Add *610* as the call prefix to modify the value of “no response duration”. IMS subscriber dials *610*15#, but the “no response duration” is still the default value 20s, the modification failed.

Alarm Information

NULL

Handling Process

1. LST SBR, find that the IMS subscriber has the permission of CFNR, this reason is ruled out.
2. LST SBR, find that the IMS subscriber has the permission to register supplementary service via access code, this reason is ruled out.
3. LST CNACLD, find that the call prefix *610* is correct.
4. LST SBR, find the permission to modify the “no response duration” is not opened from the following parameter: SETCFNRTIME Right 0.
5. Set the parameter to 1 via the command of MOD SBR.

Root Cause

1. The IMS subscriber has no permission of CFNR.
2. The IMS subscriber has no permission to register supplementary service via access code.
3. *610* is not added correctly as call perfix.
4. The IMS subscriber has no permission to modify the “no response duration”.

Suggestions

The permission to modify the “no response duration” is closed by default. So the operation of opening this permission should be specified in the test case.
