Handling Process




1, From parameter,we can find that FPGA of STG(Clock)and OHP(orderwire) exist problem, we ask TSE delete two FPGA and download them as below steps:

a.Execute below two commands to erase the existing FPGA

:sys-erase-fpga:"STG"

:sys-erase-fpga:"OHP"

b, Reload FPGA method as below:

First, load STG(clock) FPGA (select” NeSoft Download,”type”,”FPGA”),when download operation finish, the NE will reset automatic.

Second,download orderwire FPGA(OHP)after NE reset,(select” NeSoft Download,”type”,”FPGA”),when download operation finish, the NE will reset automatic.

After he opearte and find alarm still exist(see attachment)

2, From deeply analyze, RND find that ext-BOIS detect this alarm; There are two place exist Extended BIOS in SCC FLASH

a, Extended BIOS bind FPGA(about 500K);

b, Only extended BIOS(about 200K)

We doubt that Extended BIOS did not bind FPGA,suggest TSE operate as below steps:


First: Execute ":erase" delete software and wait SCC enter in BIOS state;

Second:Execute":e-biosfpga" delete FPGA and extended BIOS.(Do not reset SCC)

Third: Reload Ext-BIOS / FPGA and software and problem solve


 

Root Cause




Parameter 1 of FPGA_ABN is 0x01, which means FPGA of OHP(orderwire) abnormal

Parameter 1 of FPGA_ABN is 0x02, which means FPGA of STG(Clock) abnormal

Parameter 1 of FPGA_ABN is 0x03, which means FPGA of STG(Clock)and OHP(orderwire) all abnormal
