Issue Description

Customer need optimise the ECC subnet, and want to know how can we configure the DCC pass-through at the intersect NEs.

Handling Process

1. Delete the auto DCC configuration on the boards which should provide the DCC pass through channels.


For NG-SDH:

:cm-del-ohpchan:2,1,D1-D3

:cm-del-ohpchan:2,2,D1-D3

For Metro 3000:

:ecc-set-fiberport:2,1,disable,D1-D3

:ecc-set-fiberport:2,2,disable,D1-D3

2. Add the pass through DCC channels.

For NG-SDH:

:cm-add-dccphy:2,1,D1,2,2,D1

:cm-add-dccphy:2,1,D2,2,2,D2

:cm-add-dccphy:2,1,D3,2,2,D3

For Metro 3000:

:ecc-set-fiberport:2,1,disable,D1-D3

:ecc-set-fiberport:2,2,disable,D1-D3

:cm-set-dccphy:2,1,D1,2,2,D1,add

:cm-set-dccphy:2,1,D2,2,2,D2,add

:cm-set-dccphy:2,1,D3,2,2,D3,add

If there are too many NEs in the same ECC subnet, it will cause the ECC storm.

The recommend NE quantity in one ECC subnet should be no more than 60.
