Issue Description

When use N2EFS4 board in OSN 7500 to connect A company's ETH board to transmit service.
Both the 2 ends enable the LCAS function. But the service is down.
NMS:T2000V2R7C03SPC001
OSN 7500 edition: 5.21.16.13SPH003

Alarm Information

LCAS_TLCR and LCAS_TLCT

Handling Process

1:Change "Huawei mode" into "standard mode".

2:Check the value of the overhead V5 and C2,make sure they are the same in both ends.

After that ,the service become normal.

Root Cause

1:There are 2 modes in the LCAS function, one is the "Huawei mode", the other is "standard mode"."Huawei mode" could be only used in Huawei company equipments. when enable the LCAS,NMS will use "Huawei mode" by default,so firstly we should manually change it into "standard mode".

Then the LCAS_TLCR and LCAS_TLCT generate, it indicates that the available bandwidth in the transmit direction is reduced to zero. The services in the transmit direction are interrupted.

2:Check the V5 and C2 bytes in both ends, found they are mismatch.they could caused the service down.Change them in the same value.
