how to deal with SWDL_PKGVER_MM alarm after package upgrad

Issue Description
After running package upgrade on OSN3800 to V100R004C04SPC400SPH401 (DC tool integrated in U2000), equipment report SWDL_PKGVER_MM alarm.
After reset SCC board and re-upgrade NE, the alarm still keep in same state

please check attachment Use followed command line to clear all the files under ofs2, then retry package upgrade.

If without CF card in SCC board, you should get error massage during delete cfs1/pkg2 period, it is normal

Root Cause
Since the alarm cause by software files inconsistence with package, check the software version first

You can find the files in ofs1 and ofs2 are different, we need try to remove the files in ofs2
