the Account Is Disabled for the root User caused User Cannot Log In to the U2000

Issue Description
When a user attempts to change the password, the user sets User account is disabled to Yes by mistake. After that, the user cannot log in to the U2000 and cannot find a way to resolve the issue
The U2000 user performs misoperations when attempting to change the password.
The user does not know the navigation path for changing the password of the admin user.

Run the svc_enableUser command in the CLI to enable the user account.
