Customer cannot know who deactivated customers ports because TL1 operation logs is disabled by default

Issue Description
Customer reported that some UA5000 ports were disabled and he wants to know who did this operation.

Handling Process
When checking logs of UA5000, we can find deactivation of ports done by U2000 IP address.
When checking U2000 logs, we cannot find any operation done from U2000 to deactivate these ports.
Also we noted that all operations are done from U2000 clients.
When checking U2000 commisioning guide, we found that by default TL1 operation logs are not saved by default.
We expressed this to customer, enabled TL1 operation logs, customer become satisfied regarding our explanation.
Root Cause
By default, TL1 operation logs are disabled, so any operation done using TL1 will not be recorded at U2000 logs.
