Handling Process
A:

to implement this on ME60, you need to impelement the folowing:

1) The engineer should implement the patch v600r002c02sph007 or better, wich was the first patch that support that feature, the other patches don't support this feature.

2) Configure one user-group :
[ME60] user-group 2

2) During authentication, the Radius server should send for the suscriber out of money some specific user-group , for example user-group 2

3) Configure the command to map the user-group 2 with the redirection, (in general sys view)
radius user-group 2 web-server 212.217.2.8 url http://212.217.2.8:8000

4)
Configure UCL + Traffic policy to deny traffic to internet, thus automatically the BRAS will use the command in step (3) to redirect the user:
acl number 6003
 rule 5 permit ip vpn-instance H_IE source user-group 2 destination ip-address any
traffic classifier suspension1 operator or
 if-match acl 6003
traffic policy suspension-inbound
classifier suspension1 behavior deny

and also apply the traffic policy:
traffic-policy suspension inbound

(Notice that we don't configure anything in domain, this is different from web authentication..)
